Full payment will be due at the time of service.

We accept checks, credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express), debit cards.

Payments are HSA/FSA eligible expenses.

A superbill (detailed medical receipt) will be provided to you for possible insurance reimbursement under the Affordable Care Act.

Insurance Payment for IBCLCs (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant)

We will provide you with a "superbill" (detailed medical receipt) at the end of the visit. You can submit this "superbill" to your insurance company for possible reimbursement under the Affordable Care Act. If they deny payment, we strongly recommend that you submit an appeal.

Additional Fees​

  • $50 for each additional baby (e.g. twins, triplets) for "First" and "Follow-up" visits. We charge additional because we spend more time to ensure quality care for each baby.

  • $40 cancellation fee for any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment
